Sometimes in the dark night of the soul, there is this:
My soul finds rest in God alone;
my salvation comes from him
He alone is my rock and my salvation;
He is my fortress, I will never be shaken.
Our friendship is in God. People will die. Friends will move. Seasons will change.
Truly, the Lord is our constant companion.
We are never alone.
