This whole section is filled with good stuff.  But for me in the parable of the sower, I think of myself and probably the  country as a whole is very much on the letting the “worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth” choke us.  Wealth?  We know it’s deadly but we pursue it as if it weren’t.  If you don’t think you have very much stuff, try moving.  Worry?  We often don’t think of worry as being deadly, but it is. Probably because it is the very antithesis of faith.  Hmmm.
