A few days ago I was rejoicing that a situation was lessened in severity and I was so grateful, but the problem is that the situation and being freed from it was the center of my focus. I felt the Lord say to focus on Him who was the deliverer more than the situation.
“However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven” (Lk 10:20).
