To Know Jesus and Make Him Known

**NEW BOOK** – Not a Muslim – 100 Reasons from the Islamic Sources

Islam is a huge influence in the world, and not just in the Middle East and Central Asia. While the fastest growing Christian church in the world is Iran and Afghanistan, many young people in the West are turning to Islam. It’s important to understand one another and each other’s faith.

The last few years I’ve read countless books on Islam, read a lot of the Quran and hadith, and studied to understand what a large portion of the world believes. We need to know what we believe and why we believe it. And we need to know what others believe.

Some of the followers of Islam I have met are some amazing people. Others I’ve observed not so much. It’s the same with Christians. And Hindus. And Buddhists. And Jews. It’s not enough to look at life and behaviors of the followers. There are good people and bad people in every faith. We need to go the sources: the teachings.

This book was not intentional to happen, but here it is. Here are the reasons why I cannot be a follower of the Islamic teachings.

I’m also working on another book. It is going to look at answering questions muslims ask about the Bible. Some are ridiculous (The Bible says Rebekah was 3 years old!I) and some are legitimate challenges. Let’s answer these. And let’s do so in a spirit of mutual understanding.
