It was brought to my attention that in Overland Park KS they are building one of the largest mosques in the US. It is meant to rival the Shia mosque on Dearborn, MI which is 120,000 sq feet, while the Kansas one will be just slightly under at 110,000 feet. The difference is that the Kansas mosque will offer many more services and programming.
Midwest, if you thought it would not come to even places like Kansas, well here it is.
