Haggai is a 2 chapters, but so rich. There are just things to ponder on in the heart.

1. Worship is Important to God – We can run around building our own houses and our own kingdoms, but worship is the centrality of who we are. Are we keeping worship at the center?
   
2. God shakes the kingdoms of man, but his kingdom will remain. Kingdoms come and kingdoms go, but the kingdom of God will last forever. And this is to something of great gratitude and also great reverence and awe (Heb 12).

There is a lot more that can be said, but these two things alone are enough for us to ruminate on for days.
